Garlic Shrimp Pasta

IMG_2464This is a 20-minute deal. Great food in no time and still a little fancy!

All you need:

250 g of fresh spaghetti
100 g of shrimps (for a vegetarian version I’d replace shrimps with cherry tomatoes)
4 cloves of crushed garlic
Spring onions
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
2 tablespoons of sour creme
A handful of great shredded cheese (which ever one you prefer)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt/pepper

 

What you gotta do:

  1. Heat the shrimps and garlic in a pan with some olive oil and spice it with salt and pepper. Take it off the heat when the shrimps get a little crunchy.
  2. Boil the water for the pasta and cook the pasta in it for however long the package suggest.
  3. Put the shrimps in a bowl and, without cleaning the pan, put the drained pasta in the pan and add the shredded cheese and sour creme. Stir and leave on the heat for a couple of minutes – until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve the pasta and top off with the shrimps, some cut spring onions (or parsley) and some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
