Oven baked cauliflower
Tonight I went on an adventure with a couple of ingredients from my fridge, and it turned out so great that I’m now trying to figure out, what made it so delicious!? Meanwhile… Here’s how you make it.
All you need:
3 peeled and shredded potatoes
50 g of shredded cheese
1/4 L of soya cuisine (or cooking creme)
What to do:
- Cut all the veggies and put them in a ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and pour the soya cuisine over the dish. Top off with the four spices.
- Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve on the side of a great piece of meat or any tasteful vegetarian option (i.e. don’t go for tofu-supplements but rather a great lentils ‘steak’ with nice spices)
