Veggie-pasta

This is a super easy and no-brainer dinner.

 

All you need:

2 eggs whipped together
A handful of long spaghetti
A couple of sun-dried tomatoes
A quarter of a courgette, sliced
½ a broccoli
Feta
Salt and pepper

What you gotta do:

1. Steam your broccoli and courgette in a pot until it’s soft. Meanwhile boil your pasta in another pot.

2. When the pasta is ready pour the water out, but leave the pasta in the pot and keep it on the heat. Now add the whipped eggs and stir until the eggs are firm.

3. Add the veggies and sun-dried tomatoes and mix it all together in the pot.

4. Serve your veggie-pasta on a plate and sprinkle with feta of your choosing and salt/pepper.
