All you need for 2 steaks:
1 can of tuna
Zest and juice of 1 lime (or 1 a lemon)
1/3 freshly chopped chili
2 tbl spoon olive oil
2 tbl spoon flour
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 clove of garlic
Chopped fresh mint (optional)
Bread (burger buns or whatever prefered)
Toppings for your kind of burger
What you have to do:
1. Seperate the water from the tuna. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it together.
2. Form 2 steaks, heat some oil in a pan and put the steaks on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. If you have room for it, heat your bread on there as well.
3. Cut your veggies for the burger and serve.
