Falafel – easy no greasy style!

I just loooove falafel. But I’m not too thrilled about the amount of heated oil it sometimes requires. Also, heating the oil to the right temperature is impossible. So I came up with this really easy, no hands or getting greasy kinda falafel.

 

All you need is:

A can of chickpeas
½ an onion (save the other half for the pita bread!)
1 big clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of coriander
A pinch of chili powder
A squeeze of lemon falafel easy style
Salt
2-3 tablespoons of flour

What you gotta do:

Take all the top listed ingredients and put it in a food processor. Once its as lumpy or smooth as you like, put it in a bowl.

Add lemon and salt until you got a flavor that’s favorable.

Pour flour while stirring until the mixture is somewhat firm.

Using only a spoon grab the falafel dough and place it on a sheet of baking paper.

 

Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
