Super easy mini pizzas
There are nights when you just don’t feel like cooking. Those nights mostly, also involve a craving for something, that will make you choose a less healthy alternative to cooking healthy.
Might I suggest super easy mini pizzas?
All you need:
1 can of tomatoes
Toppings, like –
Pepper, broccoli etc.
What you gotta do:
1. Set your oven for 200 C and let the pita breads rise a little in the warm oven.
2. Peel, wash and slice your toppings of choice.
3. Cut the pita bread in halfs and add the canned tomatoes, cheese and toppings.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and serve.
This can be a dinner things or a side dish for a brunch. Either way it’s delicious and colorfull!
