Nordic Nut Bread

I’ve been a little hesitant regarding the sharing this bread, because it is a little expensive and that goes against one of the main Amandish rules. BUT I recently made it again and it’s just so damn delicious and a brilliant solution for people who are gluten intolerant (and tiered of the paper-like substitutions on the market). Or for people who are seeking options for replacing the daily amount of regular bread.

Also, it’s nuts! Loaded with healthy proteins and the good kind of fat. And it keeps your stomach full for a long time.

Here’s what you need:

2 dl pumpkin seeds
2 dl almonds
2 dl walnuts
2 dl sunflower seeds
1,5 dl linseed
1,5 dl sesame seeds

5 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
0,5 dl olive oil

And here’s how easy it is:It's nuts, i tell you!

Start of by setting the oven to 160 degrees. Put a piece of baking paper in a baking tin, shaped like you’re desired bread.

Mix all of the above in a bowl, give it a good stir and pour it into the baking tin.

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour and let it cool for 10 min before eating.

I’m serious, that’s it!

Enjoy your yummi bread!
