Tomato salad

A simple side dish salad to any spring meal – a five-minute in the making tomato salad.



Here’s what you need:

Tomatoes in various colors
Bread of choice (I use naan bread)
Olive oil tomatsalat (4)


All you gotta do:

First break up the bread into smaller pieces and place it in a casserole. Pour some olive oil over it and roast it in the oven at 200 degrees until it’s crunchy.

Then cut up the tomatoes in half and quarters and put it on a bowl.

Mix your homemade croutons in the bowl with the tomatoes, stir it around with your hands and voila!
