Pancakes (gluten- and lactose free)

I made a delicious recipe for pancakes that is for the lactose- and gluten intolerant peeps also. And here it is! They’re ‘chocolate’, creamy and really good with fresh fruit.

All you need is:

1 banana Everybody likes pancakes!
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
A Little bit of sugar (or vanilla sugar)
2 dl lactose-free milk (or soy/rice milk)
1 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder
2 tablespoon potato flour
A pinch of salt

What to do:

1 Mash the banana and add your ingredients in the order above listed,

2 Bake your pancake like you would bake any other pancake,

3 Yaay it’s time for pancakes!
